Ostovich had a positive test for the ostarine drug, and was withdrawn. Priscila Cacheiro replaced her. Ostovich, who tested positive for ostarine in January 2020, was fined by USADA's one-year penalty on the 18th of June. On January 3 2020 Ostovich had a positive test for Ostarine as well as GW1516 and she was banned for eight weeks by USADA. The illegal component was discovered in one of her supplements, but it was not indicated on the label. The 28th of November, 2020 at UFC on ESPN: Blaydes Vs. Lewis Ostovich faced Gina Mazany. The fight ended with Mazany being kicked out the bout in the third after body-kicks. Ostovich was a loser who lost three fights in a row on December 7, 2020 was thrown out of the UFC.
